Liya Kebede (Amharic: ሊያ ከበደ & born on 3 Jan '78) is a model from Ethiopia, maternal health advocate, designer & actress. She's appeared 3 times in US Vogue. According to Forbes magazine, Liya was the 11th highest paid model in the world in 2007. In 2005, Liya has served as Who's Ambassador of Maternal, New Born & Child Health.
